CUSTOMER CONSULTATION
Through meticulous research and careful information gathering, we listen to your uniform requirements, focus on the priorities and ensure every detail is covered.
The resulting brief is agreed with the client, setting out clear objectives on budgets, timelines, aspirations, design requirements, warehousing & aftercare.
Clients can now opt for a tiered approach to meet their budget or timing ambitions. Ranging from our full bespoke uniform service to our pre-designed collection, or a combination of the two.
INNOVATIVE IDEAS
We pride ourselves on our unique ability to deliver incredible uniform concepts, translated from the Culture, Heritage and Vision of your place, combined with the importance of fit, ultimate material durability and production efficiencies.
Our ideas are presented through beautifully crafted mood boards, statement looks, impactful color palettes and key design attributes. Only when the stakeholders are happy with our direction, do we progress to the design phase.
IN-DEPTH DESIGN
Trained by the luxury fashion houses, our design team sketch up their bespoke uniform ideas by creating elegant, couture illustrations. Each job position is annotated below the sketch, alongside fabric and trim boards indicating color and texture.
On agreement from the client our women’s and men’s wear designers, in collaboration with our product development team, craft each design into technical drawings. Technical packs are created showing construction, detailing and final measurements.

PRODUCT
Our designs are brought to life with proto samples for review on real models. We work in the same way as Haute Couture where we carry out a minimum of 3 sampling stage before client sign off.
Our high-end pattern cutters work closely with the Garment Technologist and Product Developers, to create an outstanding garment of the highest quality. Functionality and durability remain at the forefront to ensure the garments can withstand the harsh working environment.
Regular visits to the factories safeguard that we keep to the time frame agreed and budgets under control.
RESPONSIBLE PROCUREMENT
The practice of ethical sourcing and manufacturer is of great importance to Uniformity. Therefore we only work with fabric mills that comply with Oeko-Tex, a worldwide sustainable textile production standard, and ITF Traceability Certification.
We promote sustainable business principles and practices throughout our supply chain, recognizing the rights of all workers, set out by the International Labour Organisation.
QUALITY
All fabrics are sourced from corporate fabric mills and tested to the highest international standards. Carried out by accredited laboratories these tests ensure our final bespoke uniform achieve strict corporate wear specifications.
Our fabrics and trims are subjected to rigorous corporate wear testing during our development process to certify all products can withstand the intense every day uniform environment.

GARMENT MANUFACTURING
Once a size breakdown of your staff is agreed we hit the button on the entire uniform production. At pivotal points in the manufacturing process our Garment Technologists and Product Developers will follow strict quality control procedures to ensure your high-end uniform is delivered to a high specification.
On receipt of the uniform shipment uniformity technical team conducts our own final quality assessment at the warehouse, before delivery is made to the client.
UNIFORM FITTING DAY
One of the most exciting days for your team is the arrival of their new bespoke uniforms. We provide a Staff Fit Day where our development leads and a professional tailor issue out the uniform, making sure that each person is wearing the correct size and to complete last minute alterations.
We allocate out the uniform, run a stock count and, to relieve any headaches for our clients, provide a database showing your order against uniform issued and stock left over.
WAREHOUSING
If space constraints are a concern or if you operate across multiple locations, we have the capability to store your uniform inventory in a secure and well-organized warehouse facility. This ensures the safety of your stock.
Additionally, we provide an efficient ‘Order Management System’ that enables our clients and management teams to place uniform orders for next-day delivery. Our system offers real-time stock updates and notifies you when the stock is depleting. This system is an ideal tool to help clients easily monitor and manage uniform usage levels across a portfolio of sites with a simple click.
